PAYMENTS: All invoices are due by THURSDAY end of day.

If you do not pay your invoice and we cancel the invoice 3 times, you will lose the privilege of ordering within the group LIVE and POSTED sales. While you can remain a member of the group for posts and other events, you will only be able to order crystals and other merchandise on the website.

SHIPPING: We currently ship USPS but may from time to time use a different service. Once the order is processed and packed, you will get a tracking number automatically emailed to you. Please check your email for confirmation of shipping. Please understand that processing may take a few days.

ADDRESS: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please double check the information you enter to ensure proper delivery of your order. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for postage for additional shipping to the correct address.

SHIPPING DAMAGES: In the rare event your order arrives damaged in the mail please email us to info@elephantsenergy.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and you must provide ALL of the following information and documentation:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the package (front, back, inside, top of shipping label), and

Photos of the contents of the package.
