WELCOME to the CRYSTAL LIVES group by ELEPHANTS’ ENERGY!

Thank you so much for being here and becoming a part of our growing community.

If you are new here or you need some help understanding how this group works, we’ve created some ★𝙷𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝚁𝚞𝚕𝚎𝚜★ as a guide to make this group easier for you to navigate so you can get the most out of our community and what we have to offer.

By becoming and remaining a member of this group and participating in the group posts, sales, events, etc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following:

1. INVITES: You can always invite your friends and we encourage you to do so! Community is more important than ever so let’s share the love and grow the herd together.

2. GIVEAWAYS & EVENTS: We often host games, events and giveaways for milestones like building the number of people in the group. Check the group often for any current giveaways that may have its own set of rules that you will be able to find in the 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 posts.

3. FREE CARD READINGS: Mondays at approximately 1pm-2pm est. I will go LIVE inside the group and do Crystal Card Readings. Spots are limited!!! Make sure to sign up on the list on Sunday and provide your email – look out for the post to reserve your spot.

4. LIVE SALES: Wednesdays at 8pm est there is a LIVE Sale in this group! (*if a LIVE sale isn’t going to happen that week, we will let the group know in advance). As a member of the group, you are eligible to participate in the LIVE Sale provided you adhere to the rules of the group.

5. WEBSITE: If you can’t make the LIVE sale in the group, you can always shop online at www.elephantsenergy.com **PLEASE NOTE: The inventory on the LIVES will not always match what is available on the website.

6. STAY CONNECTED: Make sure to stay connected during the week because we may be posting random crystals for sale – all you need to do is claim the one you want on the actual post in the comments section! Weekly sales in the group will be on a first-claimed, first-served basis. We will also have other events you will find out about IF you stay active in the group so check back often so you don’t miss out.

7. CLAIMS & PAYMENTS: In order to claim an item for purchase in the group, you will need to write your claim in the comment of the post identifying the item you want. Again, the first-claimed as it is listed in our database will be the first served. 𝘼𝙉𝙔 𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙄𝙈 𝙄𝙎 𝘼 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙏𝙊 𝘽𝙐𝙔. If you claim an item on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - you will be invoiced Wednesday night and that invoice is due on Thursday by the end of the day. Any other claims made during the week will be billed the same day and you must make your payment the same day to guarantee you will receive it. If you can’t make payment that day, please do not claim that item because any claim is a commitment to buy pursuant to the rules of the group. Again, check the website above if you can’t buy on a LIVE sale day and purchase when you are able.

The ability to shop LIVE sales inside the group requires adherence to these CLAIM & PAYMENTS RULES explained here.

If you do not pay your invoice and we cancel the invoice 3 times, you will lose the privilege of ordering within the group LIVE and POSTED sales. While you can remain a member of the group for posts and other events, you will only be able to order crystals and other merchandise on the website. We expect that most people will abide by these rules and they remain important to manage inventory and keep items available to those members of the herd who are ready and willing to buy.

8. SHIPPING: We currently ship USPS but may from time to time use a different service. Once the order is processed and packed, you will get a tracking number automatically emailed to you. Please check your email for confirmation of shipping. Please understand that processing may take a few days.

9. ADDRESS: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please double check the information you enter to ensure proper delivery of your order. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for postage for additional shipping to the correct address.

10. SHIPPING DAMAGES: In the rare event your order arrives damaged in the mail please email us to info@elephantsenergy.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and you must provide ALL of the following information and documentation:

-Photos of the damaged item

-Photos of the package (front, back, inside, top of shipping label), and

-Photos of the contents of the package.

11. PARTIES: If you are invited to a party that is currently open - please note that shopping from THIS facebook group you will be billed Wednesday night and will not go towards the party! Each party has its own LIVE with a separate FACEBOOK PARTY GROUP so check that party group to see when that is and follow along with the posts and information inside your party group.

12. EMAIL COMMUNICATION ONLY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES: To communicate with us about any orders, questions or customer service issues, please send us ONE email only at info@elephantsenergy.com and a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

ANY PRIVATE MESSAGES/ DMs TO THE COMPANY PAGE, OWNER OR ANY ADMIN OF THIS PAGE WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED.

13. GROUP POSTS: As a member of the herd, we encourage you to engage in comments and post pictures of your crystals and all things spiritual. Posts that engage, support and encourage the community are always welcome. Keep it kind and positive always.

Do not sell or promote your business, products or services or share any promotions from any other sources. Elephants Energy and the admins of the group reserve the right to delete any inappropriate posts or remove a member for inappropriate poaching. When in doubt, send an email to info@elephantsenergy.com if you’d like to discuss a collaboration of some kind.
