FAQs

Orders ship in 1-4 business days. I ship USPS and once I pack the order and I get a tracking number, you will get the tracking too! It automatically gets emailed to you! So be on the lookout! 

No returns or exchanges.

But please email me if you have any problems with your order at info@elephantsenergy.com.

Please make sure when checking out that your address is correct. If by chance you accidentally put a wrong address please contact me immediately. If the order does ship out to the wrong address, please contact your local post office to see how they can help you! 
 
If the package comes back to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage again to the correct address.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged in the mail please email me (info@elephantsenergy.com) within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged item, photos of the package (front, back, inside, top of shipping label), and all of the contents of the package. Once I receive all of these I will file an insurance claim as all of the orders are shipped fully insured and work with you to get a refund promptly.
