📍 Tracking Information: Just a heads up, when your order is on the move, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can watch it make its way to you.
🏡 Please double check: your shipping address at checkout to ensure it's correct: If you accidentally enter the wrong address, contact us right away at hello@elephantsenergy.com so we can try to fix it before your order ships.If the order has already shipped to the incorrect address, we recommend reaching out to your local post office to see if they can assist in retrieving it. In the event that the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping to the correct one.
⏎ Returns: We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We do not hold items for returns or exchanges. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of the date on the receipt. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from you.
👍 Eligibility: To make returns a breeze, your item needs to be in its "brand new" condition, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase. Don't forget the original packaging and return slip to complete the picture!
🔙 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@elephantsenergy.com or fill out our store's contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
🛍️ Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, you will get a digital store credit.
🚛 Return Shipping: Returns are on you, unless we messed up or your item arrived in a sad state (damage/defective).
💔 Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (that means same day you opened your order and saw that it was damaged/defective) at hello@elephantsenergy.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a solution.
